We are excited to share that, under the leadership of HapaSpace and with the co-leadership of Rotterdam School of Management and Stimmuli for Social Change, all partners have successfully collaborated to co-design a template aimed at recording other capacity building projects or similar initiatives. This template will be crucial for collecting data that will guide our approach in addressing the needs of our stakeholders (need analysis, WP2).
Our target is to identify and analyze more than 20 initiatives, and the findings will be compiled into a comprehensive report. This effort will provide valuable insights to ensure our project is aligned with best practices and tailored to stakeholder needs. Stay tuned for updates as we progress with this important task!
