This report presents the current state of the art in capacity-building initiatives for higher education institutions (HEIs), as well as collaborations between Digital Innovation Hubs (DIHs) and HEIs.
Collection of Best Practices:
A report summarizing capacity-building programmes from Africa and Europe that have been identified as examples of good practice.
WP3: Capacity Building for HEIs and DIHs staff
Needs Analysis Report:
An evidence-based analysis of the training needs of HEI and DIH staff in Ghana, Kenya, and Tanzania, aimed at supporting the development of practical training materials for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovative teaching.
Training Toolkit for HEIs and DIHs:
This training toolkit addresses the training needs of African HEIs and DIHs. It covers five thematic areas: digital pedagogy capacity, entrepreneurship integration, co-creation methodologies, digital and soft skills, and teaching impact.
WP4: Co-creation of an innovative educational package for students
Action Learning Scheme:
A practice-oriented educational model promoting experiential learning and academia–industry collaboration to better prepare students for careers in digital innovation and entrepreneurship.
